SAXON Flexible Acrylic Sealant is a one part emulsion material which sets upon exposure to the
atmosphere and forms a durable flexible seal. SAXON Acrylic Sealant may be used internally or
externally and contains a fungicide to discourage mould growth.

APPLICATION
Sealing gaps around window and door frames. Sealing gaps in skirting boards and coveing. Sealing
gaps in plasterboard. SAXON Acrylic sealant can be easily painted or papered over making it an
ideal all purpose sealant when decorating. General Sealing of internal fixtures.
LIMITATIONS
SAXON Acrylic sealant should not be applied at temperatures below 5oC, or in areas of constant
water immersion.
