SEBS theroplastic elastomers offer high thermal stabilty and excellent weather resitance, without sacrificing mechnical performance, flexibility or elongation.
Elesta Kote has a self-priming base coat which ensures exceptional adhesion to old rubber and concrete, along with rust inhibitors designed for application onto old metal roofs
ELASTO KOTE Uses
Elasto-Kote is intended for use on metal roofs, spray polyurethane foam roofs, EPDM, TPO, and most PVC roof membrane. Also good over previously coated surfaces as well as for coating concrete, concrete block, brick, cinder block, stucco and wood. Do not apply over asphaltic surfaces. PVC and TPO roofs should be at least 4 years old before coating.
ELASTO KOTE Applications
The application of Elasta Kote is both fast and simple.
Elasto Kote is resistant to making a pond, as is such ideal for both flat roofs and ptched roofs.
The product can be applied above 5 degrees centigrade, normally cures within 4 hours and can be shower proof in 30 minutes (depending on the conditions)
Elasto Kote is suitable for application using a brush, roller or using an airless sprayer
