Fire Stopping Sealants

FS700 is a waterborne, single pack acrylic based sealer used to form linear gap seals where gaps are present in floor and wall constructions.

The product is designed to be used in conjunction with a light weight mineral fibre material to form a fire seal at the junction between floor slab and head of wall. The intended use of system FS700 is to reinstate the fire resistance performance of gaps in and joints between joints in rigid floor and wall constructions.

Fire Rating: 240 Minutes

FS702 cures to give a firm but flexible fire seal. Suitable for use in various construction movement joints up to 15%, whilst providing an excellent acoustic and air seal. FS702 is ideally suited for use around small annular service penetration seals in walls and floors.

FS709 is designed to close off gaps and penetrations in compartment walls and floors, to provide up to 4 hours fire resistance. This product has been formulated to close off plastic pipe penetrations in the event of a fire, negating the need for pipe closers or wrap systems.

FS703 Silicone Sealant is a single-part alkoxy-based fire resistant, elastomeric, neutral cure silicone sealant. Provides up to 4 hours fire protection at internal and external building gaps and movement joints.
